American Medical Alert Corp. (NASDAQ: AMAC a provider of 24/7 healthcare communication services and telehealth monitoring technologies is seeking an assistant project lead for its expanding specialty communications business. The assistant project lead will work closely with our Director of Hospital Applications in New York, and our PhoneScreen clinical trials team in Chicago in managing all aspects of our new communications projects.
Responsibilities will include:
• Work closely with new clients and prospects to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and execute workflow and project guidelines.
• Prepare a variety of reports and correspondence including data in reference to project benchmarks, projected growth, quality assurance trends, and potential new opportunities.
• Work closely with our training/QA department to develop materials for new clients covering training and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with Recruiting and IT for the preparation of upcoming projects.
• Act as a liaison between Operations and Business Development.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external groups.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to Travel
